ONLINE COACHING

STEPS TO GETTING STARTED

YOU ARE HERE 

STEP 1.

Fill out "Application" and hear back from coach to set up step 2 with Phone call or Zoom meeting. 

STEP 2.

Attend "Phone or Zoom Call" meeting consultation approx. 20-30 minutes to discuss specific goals and realistic expectations more in depth. 

STEP 3.

Once meeting is done, within 24 hours you will receive an email with (2) custom "Online Coaching Programs" options.

 

You will then select which program to start by replying in email, option A or B.

STEP 4.

Once coach has heard back with you program selection you will be officially starting the Online Coaching Program and you will then receive a series of emails. 

 

First Email is to set up monthly payments.

 

Second Email is to create personal profile within coaching/training app. 

STEP 5.

Onboarding Process

 

Once your profile has been created, you will:

  • Answer "Nutrition Questionnaire" 

  • Upload a "Profile Picture"

  • Upload "Starting Progress Photos" 

STEP 6.

Receiving Workout & Nutrition Plan

 

Once you complete Questionnaire, within 24 hours you will receive:

  • Gym Training Program

  • Home Training Program 

  • Nutrition Program (Meal Options) 

  • Instructions/Set Up (My Fitness Pal) 

STEP 7.

Daily Accountability

 

Daily Tasks will include:

  • Send morning body weight

  • Ask any questions 

  • Screenshot of all recorded food

STEP 8.

Weekly Accountability

 

Weekly checkins with coach will include:

  • Updated Progress Photos 

  • Phone/Zoom Call to overcome any unexpected obstacles
