Both! Getting great results relies upon both working out and monitoring your nutrition. This is how I've created a system that's so effective at helping men and women get such impressive result in such a short period of time. 

​How is it delivered?

Personal Training is offered in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. I train with local residents and people visiting the island for vacation or business. Home workouts, nutrition plan, communication is delivered directly to your phone via my coaching app. You’ll be given step by step guidance on how to use it, video tutorials on the exercises and 24/7 expert support.
 

What results to expect over the 90 days?
